What does this site actually do?+
Finds catalogue + guides. Browse categories, open rows, learn verification/QC/fees/shipping. It does not take payment, store parcels, or replace official support.
How do I use the spreadsheet without getting burned?+
Category → live W2C verify → Bill 1 pay → your warehouse QC (not community QC) → consolidate → Bill 2 on measured quote. Skip a step and you pay for it later.
Why do I feel like I pay twice?+
Two bills. Bill 1 = goods + China domestic + fee/FX (+ channel). Bill 2 = international freight after measurement. Row prices only hint at part of Bill 1.
Five sellers — why is domestic so high?+
Consolidation fixes international bases, not China-side legs. Five shops can mean five domestics into the warehouse. Prefer bundling finds from one shop when possible.
W2C is dead or shows another product — order anyway?+
No. Re-find a current listing or drop the row. Screenshots do not reserve stock.
Yupoo album looks perfect — enough?+
No. Albums are galleries. You need a purchase URL and exact option the agent can buy.
QC photos look ‘fine’ — ship?+
Only if angles cover your failure mode (shoes: sole + size; hoodie: print + measure if between sizes; electronics: accept no power-on test). Missing critical angle → remake, don’t gamble freight.
Community QC on the row had 20 photos.+
Different unit, different day. Your leverage is the gallery on your purchase order inside storage.
Freight quote is 3× my scale weight — scam?+
Usually volumetric: L×W×H÷divisor. Compare to the quote’s volumetric kg. Boxes and parkas are usual villains. See /shipping.
Should I remove sneaker boxes?+
If volumetric-driven and you don’t need the box, often yes. If crush risk matters more than kg, keep it. Re-quote after the choice.
Storage is ‘90 days’ — can I ignore QC until then?+
That is a planning window, not a dare. Returns need time. Panic-shipping bad QC in week twelve is how Bill 2 becomes a donation. Confirm the real clock in your account.
Parcel lost — who pays?+
Typically the route’s compensation rules; agent support assists. Caps/exclusions beat spreadsheet totals. Keep QC + waybill + tracking before you need them.

Common W2C sources are Taobao, Weidian, 1688 and sometimes Yupoo-linked purchase URLs. Albums alone are not enough — you need a buyable listing and exact option before Bill 1. See /w2c.
How is OkeyHaul Spreadsheet different from a haul spreadsheet of Discord links?+
Same job at the discovery layer: shortlist finds. Difference is process discipline — verify live W2C, treat row QC counts as other people’s units, and budget Bill 1 (goods + domestic + fee/FX) separately from Bill 2 (measured international freight).
Can I use the spreadsheet for sneakers or hoodies specifically?+
Yes — start in Shoes or Hoodies so peers share the same charts and QC angles. Sneakers need sole + size evidence; hoodies need print + volume planning. Open /categories, then the matching lane.
